Burma kadayif is used in kunefe and kadayif derivatives.

Our burma kadayif flour is produced from 100% durum wheat. It is produced from the most aromatic and pigmented wheats grown in Mesopotamia soil, carefully blended. Its dough is as smooth as it should be and its strands in the dough are easily opened, it continues until the end of the dough (without leaving it) and its fluidity is high. It is collected in kadayif ovens without breaking, it maintains its standard humidity, it preserves the oil and pistachio aroma during the preparation and cooking of kadayif and its most important feature is that it spreads beautifully in the mouth.
